The ruins of Pompeii were simply huge and thousands of tourists were crawling like ants over its devastations
that sunny day. It was easy to get disoriented because one ruin much resembles the
other once one has spent some time in this place! The descriptions included here of these ruins have been
lifted from the invaluable little guidebook handed out to visitors at the entrance after a fee
has been paid. My memory of all these sites may not be entirely accurate so please feel free to
point out any errors or inaccuracies.
